Exams
Report
There are many eye conditions that can exist early on where visual acuity is either not affected or barely affected.
Some of these conditions include macular degeneration and malignant melanoma.
This exam includes a dilated eye exam to look for these conditions, among others.
A yearly eye exam is recommended to help ensure the health of your eyes.
Cataracts may occur as a result of many factors and characterize themselves by a progressive clouding of your vision.
Successful diagnosis and treatment of cataracts begins with a comprehensive eye evaluation.

Botox
Report
A small amount of Botox is injected into the area of the wrinkle.
Botox takes effect by blocking the impulses from the nerve to the facial muscles, thereby relaxing them and causing the skin to smooth out.
The effects of botox treatment will last approximately three to six months, after which the procedure should be repeated for optimal long term results.
Patients generally return to their normal activities immediately after the procedure; however, following the post-procedure instructions will ensure that you obtain the full benefits of your treatment.

Educational
Report
A cataract is the clouding of your eyes natural lens, which leads to a decrease in vision.
Most cataracts occur as part of the aging process from a change in the chemical composition of the lens.
Although they are typically found in older individuals, they may occur at any age depending on your genetic make-up and environmental exposures.
If the cataract is small, it may not cause any symptoms at all.
Even a dense cataract may not be noticed if the other eye is providing clear vision.
In fact, you might not be aware of the blurred vision unless you happen to cover the normal eye.
